1900 - 1900 – Changing to low-fermentation beer

Around the turn of the century, the brewery switches to low-fermentation beer, also known as Bavarian beer, thus following the well-known Reinheitsgebot from Bavaria, which defined beer as being made of only water, barley and hops.
