We’ll take you on a unique journey through our brewery, including a tasting session and a free souvenir to take home. Taste the passion, experience over 150 years of history, test your beer knowledge, and discover our independent family-run brewery—from source to glass.

A brewery tour includes:

  • A tasting of our exclusive Alfa Unfiltered Pure in the historic tasting room dating back to 1870.

  • A visit to our very own natural spring.

  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the brewing process led by an experienced guide.

  • Calling all beer lovers! Test your beer knowledge with a fun pub quiz.

  • An extensive beer tasting, complete with delicious snacks.

  • And of course, you won’t go home empty-handed—there’s a free souvenir waiting for you at the end.

Here’s what you should know.

  • A guided tour including a tasting starts at just €18.70 per person – a tribute to our founding year.
  • Tours are available Tuesday through Sunday at various times.
  • Tours are conducted in Dutch, German, or English.
  • A tour including the tasting takes approximately 2 hours.
  • Children up to 17 years old can participate for free or at a reduced rate.
  • Open-toed footwear is not allowed.
  • The Alfa Beer tasting room is accessible for people with mobility needs and strollers.
  • The brewery production areas are not accessible for people with mobility needs or strollers.
  • Pets are not allowed in the brewery facilities.

During your tour, you’ll visit our spring house and experience the unique, traditional brewing process. In our historic tasting room, you’ll sample Alfa Ongefilterd Puur, our exclusive unfiltered beer that’s only available here. Test your Alfa Beer knowledge during a pub quiz and finish off at the Alfa Brewery Café with freshly tapped beer and snacks. As a memento, you’ll receive a free souvenir to take home. The minimum group size for our tours is 4 people. If this number is not met, we can reschedule the tour in consultation. Feel free to contact us for more information at info@alfabier.nl

The maximum group size for our regular tour is 28 people. Larger groups are possible upon request—just let us know if you need help planning a visit for a group! Feel free to contact us for more information at info@alfabier.nl

Our Brewery Café, Tasting Room 1870, and the quiz area are accessible for guests with special needs, as well as wheelchairs and strollers. So, you can take part in part of the tour. Unfortunately, the brewery production areas are not accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, or those who need assistance. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to contact us!

Pets are welcome in our Brewery Café. However, pets are not allowed in the brewery production areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Our standard tours are given in Dutch. On Sundays, it’s also possible to book a tour in German or English. Have a special language request? Let us know—we’re happy to help!

You can enjoy food at our Brewery Café, even with allergies or dietary preferences. Just ask our staff in advance about the available options.

Our tour, including beer tasting, takes about 2 hours. It’s a great way to learn more about our brewery while enjoying our beers.

Maar een brouwerijbezoek bij de Alfa Brouwerij is zoveel meer dan een rondleiding door de brouwerij. Je krijgt ook een goed glas van ons exclusieve Alfa Ongefilterd Puur in het historische Alfa Proeflokaal 1870, een leuke pubquiz, een borrel met uitgebreide bierproeverij en een gratis souvenir om mee naar huis te nemen.
