Chocolate, nuts and sultanas or how to make something delicious with very simple ingredients. A simple beer chocolate dessert recipe for quick results, but one to savour.
Ingredients
- 100 grams of hazelnuts
- 300 grams chocolate chips
- 150 grams chunky sultanas
- ½ dl dark beer
Instructions
- Roast the hazelnuts briefly and then coarsely chop them.
- Heat the chocolate with the beer in a water bath (au bain-marie) until just melted.
- Stir the sultanas and nuts into the chocolate.
- Grease a sheet of aluminium foil and place mounds of chocolate mixture on it. Leave to set.
